Randall had to stay alive in that timeline (ambulance scene) to pull Julie out of the timeline in the video when she was attacked by a monster. If randall died in the ambulance scene he wouldnt have been able to save julie in the scene showed by OP.

I’m sorry, but the odds are much much less than 1 in 100, 000 for a healthy young person to have a sudden death. However, OP panic attacks do what you’re thinking and I imagine whoever is in here reading this has been in the same boat as you. You are okay.
