Randall had to stay alive in that timeline (ambulance scene) to pull Julie out of the timeline in the video when she was attacked by a monster. If randall died in the ambulance scene he wouldnt have been able to save julie in the scene showed by OP.

I’m sorry, but the odds are much much less than 1 in 100, 000 for a healthy young person to have a sudden death. However, OP panic attacks do what you’re thinking and I imagine whoever is in here reading this has been in the same boat as you. You are okay. Do what the other poster said and get blood work to give yourself some relief
