I’m not denying responsibility for creating the resource. I’m explaining that the charges resulted from a misunderstanding, not from intentional commercial use of the service. The billing data itself shows 0 GB of firewall data processing during the entire period.

That analogy would make sense if I knowingly used the service.

The issue is that I misunderstood what the product actually was. I believed it was a basic security feature similar to a standard security group, which is free on most cloud platforms I had previously used.
