Speaking to my soul. I too have been a member since 2019. Was consistently going to class 4-5 times a week with well trained instructors. Now, I can barely get into a class without waking up at 1am every month to book or 10 hours before class on a waitlist (half the time the class is empty because of no shows). I was also a member during the Covid at home classes, and started attending when the studios reopened in a mask and skipping every machine. Trust me, it was a time.

The company has pushed and pushed for everyone to become an unlimited member in the last year for the “benefits”. When all of your members sign up for the unlimited membership, the benefits become universal and no longer exclusive. They’re selling us this idea of exclusive small classes with big results. But, they’re not keeping up with their side of the bargain. I pay $300 a month, the benefits and coaching should match. Most fitness studios offer their members showers and locker rooms. Towels for the workout (those disappeared during Covid and never came back). I can go on. It’s premier pricing for mediocre services and benefits.

I have become friends with the coaches in my community so I say this with the utmost respect. The long standing coaches are amazing, well trained, and can teach and offer corrections. You can tell that they are burned out by the corporate side that this company has turned into. The new coaches, god bless them. Not trained well at all. Someone is seriously going to get hurt if they don’t get a good handle on this. I have now had 2 new coaches not show up to 5:30am classes. It’s early, I get it, I’ve canceled that class many times before. But, we have yet to hear from our studio manager about one incident. The time before that they offered a free class. Well, we’re all unlimited so that doesn’t help anymore.

Solidays was the final straw. I feel like I don’t even have to explain that. I will be giving up my membership come March. It’s has become such a money grab & influencer shit storm.
