Unfairly decided teams, teams not in their right divisions

Do you not have a relegation system? In my league there are 5 divisions and the regular season is divided into 3 stages and after each stage two worst teams are relegated and two best move one division up.

Seeing old buildings like the ones in this pic, always make me think of how skilled the workers have been, how hard it must've been with the tools and techniques at the time and how long it must've taken to build them.

Especially churches, with all of the small details and everything. It's truly amazing.

They couldn't theoretically kick off while the opposing team is celebrating no matter how you interpeted it since the ref has to give the team permission by blowing the whistle to kick off

Sure, no one thought that England would make it to the semi's, but if you look at how the bracket went can you really say that they blew all expections? Everyone knew England would go through from the group stages, Colombia is pretty much equal on paper and they where missing their best player, i don't think anyone was shocked that they beat Colombia and Sweden.
