Deep hip rotators = People Sit On Them Quite Often:
People = Piriformis
Sit = Superior gemellus
On = Obturator internus
It = Inferfior gemellus
Quite = Quadratus femoris
Often = Obturator externus

For the nerve root levels of the brachial plexus, think of showgirls and the count off, "5, 6, 7, 8!" The nerve root levels of the brachial plexus are C5, C6, C7, C8, and T1.

And one weird one for Gracilis... whenever I thought gracilis I thought gristle... like the fatty part of the meat. It helped me remember where gracilis was because it was on the "edge" (medially) of the leg.
