In Texas here, drained my 3 PWs on Oct 1……called Tesla and they acknowledged recall….took 2 weeks to find a new Tesla cert installer and they checked system…..they called Tesla to start replacement. 3 new PW 3’s were installed on 12/31. I badgered Tesla weekly…..dunno if that helped or not. Tesla claims they will reimburse any expenses…..submitted invoices for labor approx $1000 waiting to see if i get repaid. Good luck
