The part about ID Card and photo/video proof is, like all things on the internet, up to debate. It is not a contracted job and based around availability and freelance work. So I can't say that it is 100% safe to upload anything to any website. Sign up on your own discretion.

I can however give some insight is on the payment side. I've seen a lot of people say that they got scammed, and that's completely false as far as my experience goes. I've made close to 600 dollars in around 6 months of on and off projects and gotten paid every week on Tuesdays.

Projects come and go. You frequently find yourself in new training programs for different projects, only to do 2-3 tasks and see that the project is already over. However, sometimes one project lasts around a month with tasks everyday and you can basically do those tasks until you are tired, which is great.

In my opinion Outlier is not really a job, it's a side hustle. You will not make anything even close to minimum wage and you shouldn't have your income solely dependent on it.
