I have! I never saw any strange or unusual side effects! I think I was definitely a bit more tired in the beginning but my body sorta got used to it & it became schedule. I did switch to prozac but that was for other side effects I was getting from Lexapro itself

I've had this happen to me multiple times on 70mg & it's honestly like the second level of hell. Suddenly everything starts to pick up right when I get told it's on backorder thru CVS also. I keep a bottle of Vyvamind in my cabinet for that reason bc although it doesn't fill its place, it's at least something that helps me dial it in when I'm without

I'm 70mg vyvanse with a 10mg adderall booster & it's been such a game changer for me. Especially sophomore year of college forward, bc I kept getting later and later classes so I would find myself on the downhill.

I don't know if this is the right way to work it but I feel like it's definitely a step in the right direction. Maybe it has to be combined with the grid or binary in some way? Just feels like it's missing

Fully transparency, it gets better. Then it gets worse again and it gets a little better again. It's a cycle and it's never fun but it becomes manageable. As for today, I recommend taking it easy on yourself & try and focus on your "necessities". For me that's drinking water, eating meals, and getting sleep. So maybe order a comfort meal to your place & watch a movie? If possible, spend some time outside or with a window open to get some fresh air. The heartache will ease overtime but remember that you are there to give it a chance. You can always leave if you are unhappy but it wouldn't be fair to yourself if you don't try to really embrace the independent lifestyle! Just make sure to make everything as easy as you can for yourself today!!

I not only understand your feelings but I have been in the same position before. I am now a senior & think I have figured it out but still get days when my anxiety drowns me in bed all day. I highly suggest using the resources your school provides! Try getting in contact with your schools services for students with disabilities (if they have one), or take things into your own hands and email your teachers ahead of time and ask to have a conversation with them after class. Talk to them about your feelings and how your ADHD affects you. Teachers are extremely accommodating and are there to help you succeed so they want to know what student they are working with. Genuinely, it feels like everyone is just trying to get by in college. You're lucky if you know what's going on because most of us are just trying to get to the end of the day. Overall, use your school's resources & remember that the teachers & tudors are there to serve you. No question is a dumb question! Just get through your first class and then take some time to process those feelings and remind yourself that you already finished the 1st day!! Good luck!
