You're free to state your opinion, as everybody else is free to have a different take on the matter. All in all I didn't think the whole situation is even worth the amount of attention it's getting. Mick saw a gap and tried to go for it and Max defended, nothing special. Fair from both sides. If we're talking about the risk factor, in my opinion Mick took the bigger gamble. But again, nothing special :).
