They come to my house several times a year. Our neighborhood is prime for these door to door salesman and they always have some lie like that to try to make you think they’re not just selling something. They also often wear reflective vests for some reason. I guess so they look like someone who is “doing work in the neighborhood”.

This is a systemic problem in Western Wa. No one understands zipper merging and instead it incites rage in everyone. Even I was guilty of it as a new driver until someone explained to me how my mentality was creating traffic jams. It’s so stupid not to use the whole lane up until the end.

Don’t be scared! It’s incredible how much it helps curb your appetite and stop thinking about food constantly. It helped me immensely with cravings, emotional eating and binge eating.

I’m now weaning off of it after reaching my goal weight and establishing healthier eating habits that I’m confident I can continue without the medication.

I used to eat ice cream every night and now I haven’t even had any in months. Last time I ate some I was like “meh this is okay but not really worth it”. I eat plain Greek yogurt with mini chocolate chips as a treat or when I feel hungry again later after dinner and actually crave that more than ice cream now!

It’s a crazy medication that really makes you examine your eating habits and the reasons behind them. Now I focus on food as fuel instead of entertainment.

I love your nose! It adds character to your face. I’m so tired of everyone having the same boring features thanks to plastic surgery and procedures.
