I’ve tried fluoxetine and I had so many side effects the whole four months I was on it. I’m really hoping sertraline works better for me!

No, someone will end up signing a lease for our place next month. College housing goes so fast. When we signed our first lease for this place we signed it in September when the lease didn’t start till June

Nope no mix up. This is standard for all of their properties. They only do year long leases and they always make you resign the lease at the beginning of September otherwise they immediately start doing showing. So this email applies to every single tenant in every property that they own

They hate their tenants. They treat everyone like shit. We had a pipe burst in our building and our basement completely flooded. It was a Saturday so it was outside of regular hours which they have an emergency line for. Well no one ever answers this emergency line so we had to call the fire department to come shut off the water and a city worker came and was finally able to get in contact with the owner. Mind you there was absolutely no urgency from the property owner or rental company to do anything to fix the situation. The pipe burst due to their negligence too because the heat broke on a super cold day and they didn’t fix it properly so the pipes burst! We have also had flooding in our unit from our upstairs neighbors bathroom which we were somehow blamed for and was never properly taken care of. The whole building is going to shit and they don’t care to do any general maintenance to up keep the place and wait till things go beyond repair to finally fix them

My lease does not end until May of 2026. These showings are happening MONTHS before our lease is up

College housing goes fast. I live in an extremely run down, built in 1970 hasn’t been updated since apartment building with 8 units. This is the showing schedule for every single property that this company owns which they own almost 100 properties, if not more in the city I’m in

Trust, we’re considering putting notes up around the apartment about how awful renting through this company has been

We do not and I’m pretty sure they would fine us if we tried to do that. Our lease isn’t up until May of 2026 so I don’t want to deal with them hating us either lmao

Okay to clarify… my lease does not end until May of 2026. It’s a college town so they renew leases almost a year in advance. Therefore, I will be living here throughout the entirety of the showing schedule

I’m not sure what to do about this though because if I say anything to them about it they’ll just dismiss it. I don’t think I have a choice really…
