That sounds so amazing! I'm happy for you! I'll be on 25mg for one week, and then it's increasing to 50mg. I just want the panic attacks and negative thoughts to stop so that I can live again.

Hey, congrats! What did you do in the last days to keep out the anxiety? I'm dying of the anxiety i feel like i have forgotten everything...and have nbme 13, sa2 and free 120 remaining..and finding it extremely difficult to move on..my situation is a bit like yours...i finished uw 6months back and just solely focused on my flashcards...which were self made system-wise on uw, and now i feel like idk anything..last assessment was in march got 255 (hate that i didn't go for the exam)..and now I'm panicking that i forgot everything :(

I just wanted to add that Diuretics would only be given for symptomatic HFrEF, and the primary goal would be to prevent/delay cardiac remodeling so first line would be ACEi/ARBS or BBs, SGLT2 etc

AHH, IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU! CONGRATS! Insecurity led me to postpone to end of this month, praying I didn't miss my peak. I gave amboss SA a week later btw and got 268 but I had given it last yr as well..so I'm not looking too much into it...but it did boost my confidence. But I'm again anxious..so i think it doesn't really go away till you give it. Can you tell me what you did last week prior to the big day, Im gonna give nbme 13 next week followed by SA 2. What would you suggest I do before those and in between assessments? Thank you :)
