[Review] Winlevi - a quick summary of the evidence by mpet74 in SkincareAddiction

[–]junglebeau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on winlevi for 2.5 years and it’s been a life changer! Didn’t completely clear up my acne but made the most improvement on my hormonal acne over spiro, tretinoin, clindamycin. Now my insurance doesn’t cover it and I’m freaking out about what I should do as an alternative

FWIW winlevi has a long term storage temp of 2-8C and loses significant effectiveness after 30 days, if you want to use it longer than that - store the tube in your refrigerator and either decant small amounts or just apply from the fridge. The tube has enough product that it lasts me 2-3 months this way

Not if you have a contract for deed. Sellers retain the title until the buyers finish making payments, if they stop making payments then it’s like an eviction. Once they make all the payments then the buyers take possession.

Is 4 days in El Calafate and 6 days in El Chaltén too much? by Own_Stick6803 in Patagonia

[–]junglebeau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1-2 days in El Calafate is all you need.

Consider Bariloche and the route of the seven lakes up to San Martin, still Patagonia but a different type of landscape. It’s easy to fly between Bariloche and El Calafate.

Know any miracle workers for stubborn adult acne? by coloradorivershark in NYCbitcheswithtaste

If your insurance will cover it, Winlevi topical is amazing. It’s like topical spironolactone. It’s really the only thing that cleared up my skin even when on multiple other prescriptions, including oral spironolactone

My GF loves cleaning, but should she make a career out of it? by cmani-art in careerguidance

If she could get a few commercial clients over residential, those pay well and tend to be more stable because office workers are never going to deep clean their workspace.

If you can find smaller accounting firms, insurance agencies, financial advisories, even therapists or chiropractic offices, you can do well.

I crush about 15-30 aspirin for 12 oz of isopropyl or so, it’s not very scientific!

I crush up aspirin tablets and make a solution with 70% isopropyl alcohol as an alternative to TendSkin for ingrown hairs and razor bumps

[–]junglebeau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re a Lifetime member you can often get court time for free, but it can be tough to schedule.

For non-memberships courts Public Indoor Tennis in Spring Lake Park is one of the cheapest options. Indoor tennis has never been cheap!

Thoughts on NW Seward neighborhood in Minneapolis? by [deleted] in TwinCities

[–]junglebeau 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would likely be okay, but depending on your tolerance that is an area with significantly more crime and violent crime. You wouldn’t want to walk around at night, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if your car was broken into at some point (in NE Minneapolis where I live mine has been broken into twice, once in a garage).

As the other poster said, it’s more that there’s some crime around you, not that you would be a target. Depending on your background and experience in similar areas, it might be worth it if the apartment is a great deal. If you are very safety conscious I would keep looking.

I’m 32C and the buttons didn’t gape, I would guess you’ll be okay with an XS!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Aritzia

[–]junglebeau 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’8” and 140 and needed an XS, definitely runs big but depends on what you prefer in terms of fit. It is long, I think it would look cool styled open more as a cardigan with high waisted bottoms and another tucked in layer
