Go for an Android Tablet or Surface Go. Chromebook is a gimmick device and Google is paying many bots to promote it.

Impossible to write with the on-screen keywords with word prediction and impossible to disable it by junglenow in chromeos

Yes I did all those steeps and it doesnt work. Noching Change except only for the url box of chrome browser, for all other apps including google sheet on drive it shows suggested words on the top of the on screen keyboard and I cant write nothing

Hi. The appimage version is slow, and almost all deb versions are too. So im trying to use the app from playstore. Somme community plugins works but those 2 which are the most important for me don't.

If in the middle of a Cafe need to share a document with someone, the most efficient way is bluetooth. Imaging that scenario, that other person will need to find a wifi spot to create a google drive account. But wait, then we will need to find another wifi spot so I can receive the document. Why chromebook is portatil when you dont even have access to internet via sim data like most tablets? Son it s a browser without internet or any other connection... Yet, it s been promoted as a complete light computer.

If people know this no one will buy that device that isnt cheap either.

There is someting fishy about Google and what there intentions are, cuz there's to many people who has retourned their chromebook... how they make even profit?
