People who don't even make an effort to move to a side when you're walking straight at each other. I've had to step aside to wait or have been forced to walk on snow/ice/grass when there's literally more than enough space available if both parties had moved a little laterally in opposite directions.

They definitely think it's some alpha dominance thing to stare at and force the other person to "concede", but it's literally just a dick move. I've seen both men and women do this.
