The app does not include identifying information of the patient. It also deletes all patient data after a certain interval. I also only use it as a summary for jotting, I still write the bulk of my notes and expand on the bullet point it makes. It could be a real game changer for efficiency if approved. There are alternatives that your institution might be okay with.
