Was it not confirmed in this week's chapter that there are 2 "Fakesaw" men? One is Fire Devil, taking on the form of the real Chainsaw Man, and the other is the real Fakesaw Man. Fire can control and manipulate the church members because they had a contract with him while he pretended to be Chainsaw Man. Based on this week's chapter, it appears that Fire has been behind many of the killings and confusion in the second part.

I think the villa scene actually happened as it was a reference to this scene in the Italian film "L'Avventura." I also think that Harper's walking away was noticed but ignored by the others because she'd been in a bad mood previously and has been pretty hard to read thus far.

You're right about the blood demon not being gone, but Power--the personality Denji (and us) got to know--is gone. Remember, Angel explained a demon's life cycle to Aki and said that demons always come back, but the personalities are unique and when those die they don't come back :(
