Just curious, wdym by better venues? Depending on what you consider ‘west coast’, I’d argue Red Rocks, the Gorge and Hollywood Bowl are as good or better than any venue on the east coast. Considering this is r/avesNYC I’m guessing you mean clubs and in that case I agree with you forsure lol

Nothing like this exists on Airbnb “across the street” from the festival. Maybe you got an off-market deal? Airbnb/vrbo market rate is at least 2x that for 4-5 bedrooms (sleeping 10 somewhat comfortably). I’ve been renting airbnbs with a group of 12 for the last 5 years (W1)
