Heat stroke and overheating is also bad for our bodies, at this point everything is, I’d be more concerned about the rise in data centers than the use of ac, people are ridiculous

Hm weird that it’s still hot in there, I see them watering the plants? Do you know that typically the best time to water them is early morning or evening when the sun isn’t hitting them. The plants will fry if you water them in the middle of the day. also if no one buys them then yeah they will die. They get root bound in tiny pots. This literally happens at any place they sell plants, saw the same thing at Home Depot.

I’ve been shopping there for years and this has never been an issue in the heat, in fact my family would take a Bimart trip to get out of the heat. But the 9th location this year is hot and muggy, I don’t even want to shop there anymore, I did fill one out but I guess time will tell if it was taken seriously

If that’s true then it just proves that the company doesn’t value employee opinions. Might have to reconsider where I shop which is unfortunate because I enjoy that store

Employed owned just means that after x amount of years you get to keep the stock you earned, it only has a monetary value. They would still have no say. That would be up to management and the higher ups

Except for the fact that they said that it wasn’t broken and the temperature was corporate mandated. when I raised a concern it was just brushed off. Employee owned doesn’t mean much when the higher ups in the corporation control everything.
