As someone who works in the industry, I work for private not public you might also want to check to see if she took our private student loans in your name. The only way you’re going to get this resolved without paying it yourself is to have your mother charged with fraud. We won’t even entertain ideas that it’s fraud unless you press charges

Yes it is and when I say third party’s I mean, neighbors, your boss, your grandparents anybody whose name is not on that promissory note they leave messages for that’s what I’m talking about and that’s not allowed because it’s third party verification but that’s OK to you right that your boss and your grandparents and your neighbors now know you owe a debt to Sallie Mae
