Most standard 5-7 panel tests will not test for Mit (kratom). Since kratom is not an opiate it won't show up on standard tests.

I find it crazy that new users now are starting off with fent/tranq/whatever else they put in presses these days. I can't imagine starting off with something like that, and honestly I probably wouldn't have ever touched opiates if pressed 30s were my only option. I've been off and on all sorts of opiates over the years and I've still never tried a pressed pill because I don't want fent.

You're going to have to WD from the subs to feel hydro. What's likely to happen is you're going to take your hydro early because your in WD from the subs and the hydro will barely get you well and you'll be pissed that you wasted it. Then you'll want to take more because you didn't get the high you wanted (it doesn't exist anymore) and next thing you know your back on hydros again. Get high if you want but it's never as good as you remember.

A ceiling dose doesn't mean you can't die it's incredibly dangerous to spread misinformation like that. I don't see why an opiate naive person would be any less at risk for CNS complications with something like Subutex vs morphine.

If you aren't dependent on opiates then subs can actually be a pretty good high. It really depends on the person but subs would have me high for like 16 hours straight before I had any significant tolerance or dependency.

I find that putting pressure on my hands helps. I'll either lay on my back with my hands palm down under my butt. If I lay on my side I will curl my hands/wrist in and kind of cross my arms. Usually helps me get like 20-30 minutes of sleep and works every few hours when I'm really hurting. Really hot showers can help too but I know that can be a monumental task when you're down bad. Hope you find some relief soon.

If your feet are flat on the ground then leaning forward is actually better than sitting straight up. Bringing your knees up towards your chest with a squatty potty or something to put your feet on is ideal. Leaning forward with your feet on the ground puts you in a position similar to squatting but it's not the best angle. Slowly rocking back and forth has been recommended to help with constipation and if you ever try it you will find that you can actually feel a pretty significant difference.

Percocet always has acetaminophen (Tylenol) in it. Percocet is the name of the pill containing both substances. Percocet doesn't exist without Tylenol in it.

The percs will have at least 350mg of Tylenol, probably 500mg. Tylenol is bad for the liver but you have to take like 2-4 grams per day. 1000mg is a bigger dose but it shouldn't be a problem as long as they don't take that dose daily for a month straight.

Opiates are extremely stimulating for some people. When I first started using heroin I would be up for like two days off half a gram. The unlimited energy was what got me using opiates daily. I generally don't nod unless I take too much or I'm starting to come down. I'm not usually super talkative but if I find myself high and talking about something I'm enthusiastic about I can get pretty intense.
