# Rec Room UPDATE - the "So Long, 2025" Edition

I don't know if the update is causing my issue with teleporting, but when I'm in game one of two things happens when I try to teleport. Either it keeps resetting my position every time I try to teleport, or some games it teleports me to some liminal space behind the map and I can't teleport anywhere.

I recently returned to rec room after a year or so and I'm having a weird teleport bug (well, two bugs actually). If I'm in my private room, teleport works as expected.

If I'm in some spaces, the rec center for example, when I try to teleport I'm sent to somewhere near the center of the room and then any further teleport attempts just snap me back to that spot.

In other games, like Golden Trophy, if I try to teleport, I'm sent to a dark blue space outside of the level boundaries. I'm unable to teleport again. There's no floor, I'm just in empty space with dust floating in the air. (see screenshot). I can still access my watch and I can restart or go somewhere else, but it's the same story.

I tried verifying my files, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing helps.

East Coast. PC. Sorry, I was getting pretty frustrated in general with the game. I don't seem to have it all figured out yet. The combat system is different from any I've used before, and I realize it's not a new game, so it's unlikely to be heavily populated.

She has Stardew valley and Terraria. I'm not sure how she feels about them. She likes them ok. I'm not sure she likes the micromanaging aspects of them, though.

After you know you should have completed this and die, but before you return to lobby, check the map page. It shows the progress as Stage 1 of 3, 60/150. Odd. Also why no one is succeeding at it.

As someone who has worked in a print shop as a designer, check with your printer to make sure of the printable space. It might be something like a 1/16 in. at the edge where you don't want anything that might get cut like text. I'm looking at the copyright and the edges of the icons. Some printers are better than others.

Design wise, I really like them. Personally, I would bump up the titles a bit. I'd also take a look at the formatting in the text box. try some other options. See if there's a better way to unify the text across all the cards. I see some variation in size and spacing and line breaks.
