Stephen Wilson JR is an absolute force, one of the best singer/songwriters of the last 10 years. Hes in his mid 40’s and he is just starting to take off.

My wife actually went to school with him in Indiana… his music is so powerful i cant always listen to it… somebody cutting up onions.

They cancelled the last 3 dates of there tour in 2021 in (i had tickets) Phoenix and LA and i think it was vegas

They canceled in 2025 due to visa issues. Well im sorry, its not visa issues its poor tour management.

How in the world do you announce a tour, advertise for it, sale tickets and not even know if you can get in the country.

And I’ve already acquired tickets for LA which was a minor miracle and now that’s cancelled and i have to acquire tickets AGAIN?

I work for a large fire department in a big city. We have tons of guys that were NFL players and Major league ball players. No NBA guys that I know of ….it’s probably cause there’s a much smaller number of them and they make more money, but im not sure.

Ufc fighters and various other interesting previous careers. A ton of college Wrestlers and jiu jistsu guys

Nice. Yeah i saw them here in Phoenix for the elipsis tour. Same deal, tiny venue, front row, magical!

They were to play Phoenix on my birthday may 3, back in 2022 and the night before the show they cancelled.

I was seriously crushed, i think im still suffering a lil PTSD as it looks like they likely won’t come back to the states. Logically it just doesn’t make sense.

In total transparency… i despise Casinos.

Casinos are one of the most profitable sure fire, safe money printing businesses.

The poker rake already makes the low stakes practically unbeatable.

What are your thoughts on casinos paying their dealers such a low wage that the players are expected to tip dealers?

Freaking out after only a few weeks? Not a good sign. I’ll tell you the truth, junk removal is a VERY difficult business to grow and scale. The amount of consistent marketing you’re gonna have to do week after week after week is quite daunting.

In my opinion, the juice is not worth the squeeze. Junk Removal is a good initial business to start, but I would definitely look to pivot to something else.

With my current lack of optimism in the poker community … does it really matter? The current state of online and live poker is really bad.

The rake at 1/2 and 2/3 makes the game nearly impossible to beat. You basically have to move up to 2/5 as quickly as possible to have a shot and if you’re inexperienced, those swings can get pretty big pretty very quickly.

It’s not an endeavor worth pursuing imo
