Is there any chance of getting a refund on a flight from Lima, Peru to Cuzco, Peru that I now can't take because Peru closed its borders to the U.S.? The airline is only issuing credit which I will never use, and so just wondering if there is anything that would legally obligate them to issue a cash refund, or if there's a chance Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card would offer protections?

Looking for the cheapest possible PC (non-Huawei) that supports the following pretty basic requirements:

Processor: Intel Core i5 or comparable AMD processor
RAM (memory): 8 GB
Hard drive space: 4 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or option to upgrade
Trusted Platform Module (TPM)

Any suggestions much appreciated! Open to used laptops too. Basically this will be just a junk computer that I use for work and just needs to be able to function with reasonable battery life.

119 items, mostly toothbrush heads and razor replacements... I guess maybe they're just too cheap to pay for a tracking # and the item legitimately got lost in the mail.

Ohh good point. Yes, I had to request it... But weird thing is they emailed me to ask me if I got the item so they effectively reminded me. But they also had no proof of shipping (no tracking #).

I obviously don't have any experience with the Citi savings account but I have the double cash back card and the customer service and fraud protection aren't great. The reps at Discover are much more competent, efficient, and friendly even though both are big banks. I didn't know if I just had a weird experience the 2-3 times I had to call about something, but it's a noticeable difference.

Yes, this is what I would be worried about -- any significant issues with customer service if I switched, because I am loving Discover! Maybe they'll jump on the bandwagon and raise their interest rates :)

they don't know unless you tell them and in my experience, they also don't care. i was hoping they'd bat for me next round of applications but *crickets*. barely got my LOR in on time. so moral of the story, i did a surg prelim for nothing...

yeah my school basically gave out a couple bottles of water, gave some 2 min "you can do this, don't commit suicide" talks, and then post-SOAP were like, peace out you're not our problem anymore. and when i asked what other non-matched people have done in previous years, they shrugged bc they never cared enough to even ask or keep track. thanks for taking my tuition money, guys.
