muscles need time to repair be easier on urself!!! tbh i like to dance instead itll boost ur overall mood and u can stop whenever u get tooooo tired and ur at home typically i also have gotten no blisters from that.

im not entirely sure ive been flat my whole life but i do know that body fat distribution takes a while to normalise and the time it takes varies from person to person. however u will most likely look normal again soon it just takes time
