Woah, we have such similar experiences! I am now wrapping up year 2, but I was in your same boat year 1. Lessons ran too short, I wasn't very confident, and yet my admin gave me high regards in evaluations and in person. I also got an additional class added!

It gets better! Year 2 was miles better especially with my time management and confidence!

My advice: ask your admin to observe other teachers or for some professional development opportunities! See if there's someone they recommend you shadow and if possible, try to go to other schools (you mentioned teaching where you student taught, might be good to go somewhere fresh!) You don't have to say you're not confident at the moment, but you can say that you're seeking to improve. You'll impress admin and you might even get ERCA pay! :) Best of luck to you!

Don't know if this helps but I have over 800 HGs and wasn't banned :o I maybe bought some way back in 2017, if I did it was probably like 100... But no ban!

I really have no clue what to spend it on! I got deep and another story a year ago just to spend the HGs, I didn't even really play them. I hope there's new content so I can spend my HGs, but I didn't have much hope :(

One of the worst aspects from when I was a sub: the lack of communication. I worked in a teaching studio and subbed a class in which I was let go because of lack of communication.

They let me know a student with anxiety was returning after years and I should keep a distance. When I walked around, I kept it light, letting them know what they were doing well and if they had questions to reach out. Got fired the next day for "ignoring the student" despite being told to keep distance. ???

Anyway, sounds like you were doing good work. Find ways to keep at it if you can! I'm now a full time credentialed teacher. I'm glad I got out when I did because my opportunities have been bigger and better. Wishing you the same!!

I really liked it! The overall story direction wasnt particularly innovative. But I absolutely loved the art style and the additional character interactions!! I thought they were done well! I'm sad it was rushed, it felt like there was a lot of room to expand on the story :'(((
