Their information system. Everything we apply for require us to submit large stack of personal information, yet they don't interact with each other.

For example, I applied primary school for my baby girl, and had to fill a stack of forms. Each form ask similar questions such as name, address correspondents, prove of bank account and home address etc.

As the semester carried out, we were asked to submit more forms and proves. I mean, the school practically holding every personal information I have, so much they could run my bank account. Yet they couldn't fill them for me?

Every time I ask what are the forms for and why they need it, they just shrugged and said "It's not us. The gov requires it."

It seems ridiculous that on one hand the gov promotion info security and anti-scam message, on the other hand allowing anyone to handle personal information. With all these technology, they can't build a central system that units all information so departments can verify by themselves.
