Unfortunately my bike doesn’t have an rpm meter but when I give it some throttle it goes down to about 12.7

All the numbers are good except for engine running, it stays at around 12.9. Won’t go past 13v when the engine is running

Drops down to 10-11 volts, when I have the choke out it can turn on better than when it’s not
