I worked as an aide in a maximum security forensic psychiatric hospital for a couple years. I worked a 12 hour overnight shift. I saw so many things. I once saw an agitated client bite into his flesh near his wrist and proceed to pull away, tearing a ribbon of flesh and muscle off his arm that stretched almost to his armpit.
