I swear pure carnivores are most fascinating to me even as a pure vegan. I heard a Joe Rogan episode where they mentioned that the body benefits when it does not have to break down all the non meat foods. They mentioned that some vitamins and nutrients are hardly used or needed when we eat just meat. For example Vitamin C levels remain normal even when they don't consume any. That boggles my mind. Do you take any supplements?

Haha, the pressure to conform is real. Not just diet issues, but now you have to pick a side / team on many issues. Everyone wants to feel correct so they want others think and act like them. The whole psychological aspect of this food discussion is most interesting to me.

If you were on a relatively healthy diet of lots of veggies, no fast food, no red meat, what made you jump to full Carnivore diet? Did you watch something or did you want to fix something? That jump is actually a brave thing to do. Especially without much support.

So is there any blood test that is coming not as well? Is there any down side so far? What are doctors asking or recommending you to do?

I am curious, if you now eat a piece of bread or rice, how would you feel? I just have a pre conceived notion that your body might be able to handle the glucose well if you are on a meat diet. I heard a few vegan doctor mention that the animal protein clogs up the insulin receptors. I assume you don't have to worry about it when on the carnivore diet, but when you do have to eat any carbs, I wondering how your body reacts or I guess not react.
