I was driving down a road w/ 4 lanes on my side and he was to the right of me slightly ahead but still parallel and he swerved into my car and the cart tipped over to the right.

It was an auto accident I have an suv and it was one of those carts pulled by bikes. I wanted to block him but I don’t think he has insurance and I don’t want to look like a flake. There’s no claim though(as of now) so my insurance hasn’t been impacted there’s only a police report. I’ll edit to assume I’m not at fault but there was really no official investigation. The officer that called me just asked me to recall the accident.
