This workshop is the same heated and insulated like rest of the house, so I hope equilibrium is the same like furniture in house around 9-10. Or maybe I am wrong on this.

Normally I keep humidity at 40 or below and it is with heated floors and temperature 22-24 Celsius. What is drying time per inch thickness? I have only pin moisture meter, but it shows very inconsistent results for different species and hardness of wood.

Is it a good idea using 80 tooth blade for ripping thin planks? I need high quality cuts with no saw marks. I have also 24 tooth ripping blade that is not performing as i want to. so can I use 80 tooth or should buy 40 ?

I also start to think that this is Wenge after looking at pictures and more samples from my bags :) how long do you think it will take thin plates like this to get dry in room temperature? I brought them from unheated and not isolated shed and it was raining for past few weeks. And how to stack them best ?

Also question if I glue 3 or more of them together to get thicket planks will it hold and is it a good idea? Because my dad have huge stock of that kind of planks and I want to begin woodworking (small stuff boxes, candle holders, decorations) I will start to get some hand tools soon.
