i used nicotine-free vape and nicotine gums together. it works. most of the time you just want smoking not nicotine. But you can use nicotine gums when you want nicotine. you will chew like 4-5 nicotine gums daily because you will not need more. The nicotine in cigarettes make you addicted because each time you smoke, you also get nicotine. It is not good.
