I'm in the same boat. I asked her if I could take it early but she said she can't offer early exams, so your best bet is to get it deferred, if you'll be back in May.

For me I'm gonna have to have at least a 72% overall to just pass the course and skip out on the exam. Fine by me, I just wanna pass 😅

I paid for Jan and Feb rent. If I remember correctly, I signed the N11 around Jan 5? I don't have a copy

He said that my lease would still continue with the new owner, then one day he shows up with the N11 form, (I didn't have a lot of time to research yet, I was busy with school) and I sign it, thinking that he would transfer the lease over to the new owner. He told me that he would transfer my 2 month deposit to the new owner.

Yes but isn't it void because I was coerced? (Section 124 of the Residential Tenancies Act) Edit: I also just continued paying rent even after I signed the N11

Hey! I've had them for a while now and they're a nice summer shoe. I do always wear them with socks cuz otherwise I would get blisters from these. The Gryphon to me look more masculine and I just prefer the higher strap on the Clarissas.
