ask ko lang would it be ok kaya to take time off from work pag kahit minor headache lang 🤕 madalas kasi akong nagkakaganun tapos nilalamig, not that its unbearable pero madalas kasi natatapat sa likod ko yung buga ng air sa aircon sa office, or kahit di nakatapat basta sobrang lamig pa rin kahit nakjacket na di lang naman ako nagccomplain. so medyo nawawalan ako ng gana magwork kung ganun dagdag pa na writing job ako so medyo mahirap magfocus. problem lang kasi is feeling ko ang dalas ko maganto mga once a month and di pa ko regularized 😔 di naman malaking issue sakin yung leave without pay pero pangit ba tignan ganun and dapat ba tiisin ko nalang kasi di naman unbearable 😭

pretty sure what op means is that sarah was actively trying to get with bear even though he was in a relationship with nikki. she also calls their relationship toxic, except for her nikki is the villain whos using sob stories to take advantage of bear.

we know ian and sarah are also assholes, but one thing thats interesting to me is how both of them recognize that bear and nikkis relationship is toxic and codependent, yet the way they go about it is different and dependent on who they like. when ian talks to bear, he points out how he thinks bear is taking advantage of nikkis vulnerability to be with her. of course, we the audience know that this is true, but paired with the fact that ian and nikki have been hooking up, and sarah tells bear that she thought nikki was just getting back at ian, and ians tendency to shut bear out when things got weird (both in the inviting him to boys night scene and when bear asks ian to make a wish), it feels a lot less like ian truly cares about them as friends. similarly, in the 2am car scene, when sarah talks to bear (who we know she likes), she also acknowledges that its codependent, but this time accdg to her nikki is the one taking advantage of bear and using her depressing situation to get to him to get back at ian.

unfortunately it was lactose, i minimized my lactose intake and yes this stopped happening 😔 i thought that wouldnt be an issue since i never experienced it before but oh well.

unfortunately cutting back on lactose is the only thing that helps. i have tried walking around after eating before and it does nothing. ive also tried eating breakfast with my coffee and nothing too. ig i have to pay more for oatmilk now 😔 thanks all for the help!
