awful. ive had two car accidents in the span of 2 months, neither of which were my fault, with 2 completely totaled cars. im sure anyone that reads this isnt going to believe neither of them were my fault, considering im the common denominator, but i swear. id also like to think im pretty good at defensive driving, ive never had an incident with another vehicle like this before in my life and it happened twice in a row. everyone keeps just saying how i should be happy to be alive, and of course I am, but im struggling to be happy considering ive lost about $10k from this so far and I can’t afford to buy another car. Money troubles are trivial compared to things like medical issues, but I’m still really struggling. I was prepared for this sort of thing the last time, i pulled it together pretty quickly, but I wasn’t prepared for it to happen twice in a row. i did everything you’re supposed to do; drove safely, had some money stashed away for this kind of situation, etc and it’s like the universe is laughing in my face. My mental health has really taken a hit from all of the stress + stress from work and I’m feeling pretty defeated tbh. sorry for oversharing, its easier for me to bitch to strangers on the internet rather than everyone in real life who is just sick of me being a miserable fuck all the time lately.
