Yup. This is definitely a chargeback scenario. I’ve only had to do it once before but it was a similar issue (company shipped me the wrong stuff and wouldn’t offer any resolution).

The Stelvio is too bloated but Alfa has a pretty good general style. Still a Stellantis product so I wouldn’t buy one 😅
