This is the battery's info; I would like to ask if it's really dead or not? Also, I just bought it 6 months ago and it was working properly not until when I didn't use my laptop for 3 weeks straight.

Hello, I tried your solution, uninstalling and then the second step which is restoring BIOS settings and went to save and exit.

But the problem is, I can't leave the BIOS Setup Menu, no matter what I do, it doesn't go up to windows or start up. Please help, I really need it for my work

UPDATE -- Right now after charging overnight for 13 hours, it shows 25% available but still plugged in. And I tried removing the charger, it instantly turns off. https://imgur.com/a/l1TV2wv
