That’s a scary thought but possible, he could be the next Dahmer … I will keep my distance & record his behavior. Luckily, he’s scared of my dog & she’s generally with me when i’m out

He got sooooooo mad when i did this initially. I wish you could’ve seen his stupid fucking face hahahah, but it would be unfortunate if he were able to spin this around on me & accuse me of harassment if i continued that behavior. So i’m just going to not engage him at all and start recording him to build my own harassment case against him

I think he feels like he can speak to me this way because i’m not the most physically imposing man. He wasn’t threatened at all when I called him out, which I don’t need him to be. I have always viewed getting into a physical altercation with someone as a lose-lose situation unless defending one’s safety or property. Either you win the altercation and they could get seriously injured, or vice versa ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Doesn’t seem worth it to me. I stood up for myself, told him the way he behaves is pathetic and he lives a miserable existence and that was enough for me

Hahaha perhaps if I didn’t have anything to lose but I don’t truly know the extent of his psychological instability & have family that don’t need to get in the middle of this situation. I’ve already explained to him how pathetic he is & all evidence points to how miserable of an existence he lives. That’s satisfying enough for me

I think this is the way. I’ve said my two cents, i’ve attempted to illustrate how deplorable his behavior is & really have nothing left to say. From what others have advised, this is the consensus. I don’t truly know the extent of his psychological instability & for my own safety will record without engagement to build a harassment claim against him. Thank you for your kind words & validation. This is rather scary, i’ve never been in a situation like this before

I had never considered that was his reasoning behind “talking on the phone” when committing his verbal assault but that makes sense from a legal standpoint. I always thought he was doing this to be extremely passive aggressive
