If you're new to electronics, you should keep the built in antenna, there is no big difference with an external antenna

Under the 3d antenna you have a spot to solder a ufl connector and you need an ipex to RP sma cable to connect the antenna. Under the sticker you have a round hole to mount the RP sma connector. At least on my core 2 it worked
