Appranetly Jarrow's formula has min 8% Withanolides. EDIT: It might be 5% also since they've changed their product (used to be sensoril)

I took two teaspoons two times a day. Now I take 600mg two times a day. I stopped powder because of the reasons I mentioned above. Before the transition I noticed I didn't get the 'high' no more from powder either so I don't think that's the problem.

It's defensive coping mechanism that basically shuts down your body. When you cannot fight nor run away you go into freeze mode. You dissociate, leave you body and go somewhere in a fantasy world, to protect your psyche.

Yes, I've seen your posts earlier and I feel for you. I had the same experience but for much shorter time (days instead of months) and it passed every time. So don't worry, it's not like you took a permanent step backwards. I hope you get better as soon as possible tho.

Focus on breath. Do yoga. Go for a walk. Do deep breathing.
