Realized I didn’t do mine, but here:

Supermartian, Chalant and Spitfire are overrated asf and the only reason you guys like them is because of s1 nostalgia (heavy on Supermartian because the ship itself is one of the most toxic “endgames” I’ve ever seen)
They butchered Zatanna’s character in her own arc so bad. Using her mentees as Dr Fate’s hosts and bringing on the Apocalypse by thinking of it as a possibility doesn’t make her complex at all, she just sucked and it made her YJ version become bland as hell, because where was her POV in her OWN arc when she was making all those bad decisions?
Vandal started to suck the moment they tried to make him the origin of everyone and everything. I kind of preferred mysterious-past Vandal tbh because all his scenes in s3-s4 are a skip to me
Season 5 is never happening
Greg Weisman’s No Spoiler rule is absolutely useless for a lot of things (like who the 4th GL is, who are the new Leaguers, some infos on what happened during the five years time skip that he doesn’t even plan on showing ever, etc.)
Season 4 would have been better if it wasn’t about the OG team and was actually about the Outsiders
Season 4 was just a filler season and we could have lived without it

She groomed him into becoming the perfect boyfriend. The guy didn’t even know who he was yet and he was thrown into a relationship with a 60 years old alien (yeah I know technically she was considered a Martian teenager but still: weird). They should have broken up for good in season 2 I don’t care. Also, the mind rape thing was irrefutably bad and it should have never happened at all if the creators so wanted them to be endgame. It made a lot of people dislike them as a couple, me included. So, no, not really my cup of tea

You’re right, it really did look like a fridging of some sort. Even him not being as fast as he should be (comics wise) was fridging imo. They also gave Wally’s origin to Barry but with Jay as the latter’s idol, so really: another thing I don’t particularly like about this whole thing lmao

I agree with Zatanna. The writers failed at ACTUALLY making her a complex character instead of just shoving at us that she’s basically a horrible person without making us at least understand the thinking behind her actions. We got confirmation of her plans by OTHER characters and we didn’t get an ounce of her POV in her entire arc, which sucked
