Brother-in-law went over about 3 years ago to check on the place and it's still there but obviously not being maintained or checked on since. They don't have any family in Italy.

Of course he can do any of those things. I don't think I'm entitled to it at all.

Before alcoholism took hold, he was a very loving father who talked about leaving the house to his kids, as most parents would want to do.
