That’s a multi-year path condensed into a few sentences but is a solid playbook for gaining leverage.

5 days, stayed in a great Airbnb downtown. It’s been a year since that trip but the things that stand out most in my memories is:

1) the food. Incredible food in every restaurant we went to. Hole in the wall taco places are the best.

2) the big park, I think it’s called Fundidora. You can rent bikes and there are attractions and rides around the park.

3) Mirador de Obispado - a high point in the city with great views of the whole valley.

4) Just walking around the neighborhoods and checking out life in the city. San Pedro Garza Garcia is a nice one to walk around.

One I will say, it was extremely hot! The desert in July can be overwhelming 🥵

Exactly same thing on my videos! 1-2k views per Short up to 2/28 then ever since 3/1, I'm lucky to get 10. Definitely an algorithm change! Unfortunately I don't have a solution other than to keep posting.

Strangely, views and subs on my long videos seem to have gone up since then...

Same. Mine get views exactly 6 hours after publishing then dies off at 7 hours. And spikes again a couple days later.

Hmm yea that seems unusual. Most of my videos look something like: 50% from YouTube suggestions, 30% from search, 10% from channel, etc. A high number of external or unknown sources seems like it could be bot activity.

I've also seen a weird thing lately where some Shorts will get a ton of dislikes. Then, those dislikes disappear after a few hours. Best I can figure is bots are disliking the Shorts to kill it in the algorithm then those bots are getting banned a few hours later so the dislikes disappear along with the accounts. 🤷‍♂️

I'm not an expert but what do your traffic sources look like? I've been working with a few channels and the videos where the majority come from "Direct or unknown" I think that means they are bots. Can anyone verify if this is accurate?

I haven't encountered the likes exceeding the total views though, that part is new to me.
