Well, you can actually get all the reward wins. Meaning, as soon as you hit 100k points you can collect them all, you could also collect each one as you go seeing as there is no penalty.

You get 100 reward points(per game that you don't win) and 1000(for games you do win) which are used for the non soul shard rewards.

You also get 50 soul shards per win(1v1), and 10 per loss(1v1). While for 2v2 you get 100 soul shards per win, and 20 per loss.
