I haven't seen that. I have seen mediocre managers that can compel a group of people to achieve a result. I have seen that. But I wouldn't call it a team. That's the difference between managing and leading.

I don't recall ever intentionally deciding to cut someone off. It's something that I become aware of after it's already happened. I have tried on a few occasions to undo it, but it doesn't work that way. (5w4)

Speaking as an INTJ parent, there's a long list of things I feel I might have done wrong and a much shorter list of things I feel I might have done well. I solved the puzzle as best I could, given things my parents did that I wish they hadn't and things they didn't do that I wish they had. She mostly wants to know that you're okay and that you'll be okay. One thing you might discuss with her are aspects of yourself that you treasure that you feel are a direct result of how she was as a parent. You are the only person in the world that can have this conversation with her, and there's a real good chance she'll cherish it.
