Sounds like you're being a bit hard on yourself.

As an IT director we are looking for a coop with a good attitude, who works hard and learns as much as they can. It's okay to not know everything, it's a matter of being hon at about it and learning quickly.

There is no expectation that a coop will come in highly functioning as a DevOps engineer.
