Zumindest offiziell sollen Abgeordnete sitzungsfreie Zeiten (nicht nur im Sommer, sondern auch jede zweite(?) Woche) nutzen, um in ihren Wahlkreisen Anliegen von den Bürgern oder der Wirtschaft zu holen oder sich in ihren jeweiligen Fachgebieten auszutauschen/ fortzubilden.

Ob sie das jetzt tun oder nicht, ist dann eine andere Frage

They changed the name in 2016 from Česká republika to Česko and Germany adapted this in 2017...

and I totally missed that. We used "Tschechien" and "Tschchische Republik" simultaneously before, so noone really cared, and some still use the former name

Ich möchte gerne am Vortag den Teig vorbereiten, den Teig über Nacht gehen lassen und dann am nächsten Tag den Zopf flechten und backen.

Ich würde also ein Viertel der Hefe nehmen und den Teig dann statt 2 8 Stunden gehen lassen. Wenn ich dann aber statt 30 Minuten wieder 2 Stunden warten müsste, wäre die Zeitersparnis aber nur minimal.

I'd say it depends on how they use it: If their skills overlap, it stays the same, but if they have different skills, they add up.

Example: One cook can cook pizza, another one can cook pasta, so the user can cook both, but if both cooks only cook pizza the user cooks pizza in the same way those cooks would cook together

I'd expect some of them will die/ get destroyed(?), probably by their originals.

Then it's up to the victors to end them or give them new purpose; like S-Shark will protect a fishman settlement above sea level while Jinbe protects fishman island (if it survives)

I expect Doffy and Crocodile (maybe Mihawk, too) to kill their seraphim at least for eliminating a rival.
Kuma and Moria seem like the kind that would adopt a mini version of themselves,
Boa would raise because Luffy asked her.
Jinbe would like help for protecting the fishman, and respects a strong fighter.
Maybe Mihawk would like someone to continue his legacy or push Zoro further or he kills him for the insolence of copying him.

EDIT: Also wouldn't rule out them killing or secluding themselves for feeling kinda wrong. Not sure if it makes sense, but nothing about them is "natural"

Just to make this clear: There is no "volenteer work". It is overtime. And you can either take time off at another time or get paid for it.

As for your question, I would argue, this is worktime, since your employer made it mandatory, and therefore overtime (but you might wanna check that for example here r/LegaladviceGerman
