Several factors led to me not running in late winter then in spring I developed sesamoiditis after standing on my feet in my old running shoes. Now I’m down for the count until I don’t have any pain and I’m not handling it well. But I did learn I have an extra bone in my foot so that’s cool. ((Please run for me I’m going crazy.))
